Gameloft's Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation Hits The Android Market, Bringing Immersive Environments, Dynamic Multiplayer, And More

After a few months of waiting, Modern Combat 3 has finally hit the Android Market. Adding another chapter to Gameloft's popular FPS war series, MC3 promises "the deepest and most intuitive FPS gameplay on smartphones," taking players through a 13-mission campaign from Los Angeles to Pakistan.
Besides plunging players into a variety of immersive environments, MC3 offers impressive multiplayer capabilities, allowing for up to 12 players in 6 maps and 7 different modes. In the single-player campaign, players will experience several gameplay modes including escort, destroy, helicopter, 4x4 chase, and others.

While Modern Combat 3 certainly sounds enticing, and looks to be extremely advanced in the graphics department, it's worth mentioning that the game requires 1.37GB of space, and some users are complaining that the game pushes in-app purchases, even after its relatively hefty $6.99 price tag.

  1. Every time I want to play online, I get a "Connection lost" message. Other than that, the game is pretty awesome.
